📝 Cudo Equestrian Summer Camp 2026 - Terms & Conditions

By registering your child for the Cudo Equestrian Summer Camp 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

Campers must be 6 years of age or older at the time of camp.
All riders must meet basic safety requirements (including appropriate height/weight for our horses).
Campers must be physically able to participate in horseback riding and barn activities.

2. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration.
Riders must follow all safety instructions provided by staff at all times.
Cudo Equestrian reserves the right to limit or restrict participation in any activity if deemed necessary for safety.
A trained staff member will be present to respond to basic first aid needs during camp hours.

3. Behavior & Conduct

Campers are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, horses, staff, and fellow riders.
Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from camp.
No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal due to behavior.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot.
All payments are non-refundable after May 15, 2026.
Cancellations made prior to May 15 may be considered for a refund (minus any applicable processing fees) at the discretion of Cudo Equestrian.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Missed days
- No-shows
- Early withdrawals

5. Camp Schedule & Attendance

Camp runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Optional early drop-off (8:00 AM) and late pick-up (up to 3:30 PM) are available for an additional fee.
Campers must arrive on time and be picked up promptly.

6. Inclement Weather Policy

Camp operates rain or shine.
In the event of severe weather, activities may be modified to include unmounted horsemanship and educational sessions.
Make-up days are not guaranteed.

7. Photo & Video Release

By enrolling in camp, you consent to your child being photographed or recorded during activities.
These materials may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
If you do not consent, please notify us in writing prior to the first day of camp.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Horseback riding and handling horses involve inherent risks.
A completed Release of Liability Form is required prior to participation.
Cudo Equestrian, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring during camp activities.
